Nnem, the dance of your step
Is like the taste of sweet wine
See how lovely your back is curved
Like a tantalising show for the eyes
A body with myriads of twinkling stars
Where sweetness is scattered plenty
You are a world of beauty
The only name used in praises by the villagers
Your words are my deep thoughts tonight
Ada m, even the gods can tell
That my heart leaps for joy
Each time I remember you
Of how God washed you with beauty
Just like the daughters of a King
One moulded with the finest of clay
Giving my brain a drink of ecstasy
That's why I will guide you like life
The way a lion guides her cubs
For your beauty is the envy of the gods
Your face is true perfection
Dearest, you are pure gold
See my face, it's beaming with smiles
Let me be the pen in your hand
Use me and write the sweetest of lines
For I wish to stick to you like glue
Make me your powder
And rub me on your alluring face
