A house gathering reportedly turned chaotic after more than 15 attendees tested positive for HIV during a Truth or Dare game, according to an individual who documented the experience in a video shared online.

The man stated approximately 25 to 30 people were present at the party organised by an acquaintance.

The gathering initially proceeded normally, with guests consuming alcohol, socialising and participating in various activities.

The group subsequently opted to play Truth or Dare, with participants either drinking or making financial contributions to the host when declining challenges.

During the game, a woman was presented with a choice between answering a question truthfully or accepting a dare. She dared all party attendees to undergo HIV testing.

The request initially stunned guests until the woman produced over 50 test kits, revealing she had sufficient supplies for everyone present.

She explained her insistence on testing stemmed from wanting to understand the health status of anyone she might become sexually involved with.

The woman coordinated the testing process, with participants taking turns providing samples and awaiting their outcomes.

After approximately five minutes, results began appearing.

The man claimed that more than 15 people tested positive, including both women and men.

The discovery triggered distress, with some guests crying, shouting and publicly questioning others regarding their alleged sexual relationships.

The man indicated that one couple both received positive results, and another man who had reportedly been intimate with the woman also tested positive.

Some attendees immediately organised departures from the venue, while others remained stunned by the unforeseen development.

The man stated he was among those who tested negative and remained at the location as events unfolded.
