The Queen of Warri, Olori Atuwatse III, has shared details about her marriage, fashion sense and the behind-the-scenes role she plays in her husband's style.

When asked whether she would accept a second wife if her husband changed his position on polygamy, she flatly rejected the idea.

She said the Olu would never shift on the matter and joked that she alone provides enough presence for him, adding that one of her equals three women.

Speaking about her signature look, the Queen explained her habit of covering her hair with turbans.

She said the headwrap holds deep meaning for her and represents her crown.

She wears it as a way of honouring the position she holds and the office of Queen, though she stressed it does not restrict her sense of style or personal expression.

The Queen said her style choices come entirely from herself and that wearing the turban makes her feel respectful toward her role, even as she continues to express her personality through fashion.
