According to Dailymail, the Japanese s*x festival ended in a dramatic fashion as organizers had to close when virtual porn fans caused overcrowding fears. 

 

Streams of locals were looking to get their hands on the latest inventions from the adult entertainment industry in the first festival of its kind - the Adult VR Fest 01 in the Akihabara region of Tokyo.

 

 

But fans of virtual reality porn, which re-enacts s*x and other acts using a blend of simulation headsets, male-friendly s*x toys and other gadgets, were left disappointed as the event was shut down due to unprecedented popularity. 

 

The crowd was too much for the handlers who could not contain the number of s*x hungry adults who came out for the event.

 

Among the attractions was a machine that simulated a woman on top of a man as he lay on the floor and another where punters put their hand into a cardboard box which blew air in a way that allowed people to fondle what felt like a breast. 

 

Google searches for virtual reality porn have shot up by 10,000 percent in the last 20 months and the popularity was evident as dozens of eager fans got turned away. 

 

 

A Japanese reporter told VR Talk: 'For those who did get to go inside, excitement ran wild. 

 

 

It's understood around 20 fans made it inside, but as crowds continued to jostle for position outside in the queue, organisers called the event off. Bosses have vowed fans that next time the event will be held in a bigger venue to facilitate the erotica enthusiasts.
