Whats Happening? Alleged Lawmaker Caught on Camera Kneeling Before Governor Shettima (Photo)

 

This is the Borno State governor, Kashim Shettima pictured above with an alleged member of the State House of Assembly appearing to be pleading with him unofficially over an unknown offence.

 

The All Progressives Congress chieftain, Shettima looks furious in the picture as he wears a very straight face stipulating a serious issue was being ironed out.

 

A doubter on social media who nursed a different opinion about the picture has this to say;

"Was he trying to pick something from the floor when the picture was taken or he was really kneeling/prostrating before the governor?"

 

This action of kneeling has been described as an unofficial way of settling differences between government officials regardless of the differences in age or rank.
