Wicked World: Dead Baby with Umbilical Cord Dumped in Benue Polytechnic (Graphic Photo)

 

According to an exclusive report by Idoma Voice, an eyewitness who shared a graphic photo on social media, has disclosed that a baby which was reportedly aborted by a wicked mother, was seen early this morning at the Benue State a Polytechnic, in Ugbokolo.
