In a shocking bid to earn the people's votes, a Ghanaian politician, Alfred Okoe Vanderpuije has left many baffled after they decided to cook, braid hairs and chat with people from his constituency.

People are really hustling and the desire for power can be very intoxicating as shown by the politician who was caught on camera doing the chores and other menial jobs.

The "mayor" of Accra, Vanderpuije, is seen cooking soup at the Ablekuma South Constituency in Accra, where he is the National Democratic Congress (NDC)'s parliamentary candidate.
