Twin bomb blasts rocked the city of Maiduguri earlier today causing fatal damages.
The incident which occurred along Maiduguri Damboa Road, left about nine people confirmed dead with 24 people injured.
The first explosion occurred close to Bakassi IDP camp while the second blast was close to the NNPC mega station along the highway.
Emergency response teams quickly reacted to handle the sad situation.
They have since evacuated the injured to hospitals within Maiduguri metropolis.
