The discreet memo sent to President Muhammadu Buhari by the governor of Kaduna, Mallam Nasir El Rufai aimed at giving the current administration a direction is currently being sold in traffic.

In just 24 hours after a copy of the memo surfaced in the media as leaked by a news platform, street traders have printed out the details in a small book for commercial purpose.

The book which is currently being sold for N2,000 was spotted in the hands of a hawker in traffic in Abuja. The 30-page letter dated September, 2016 contains how the course of this administration under the All Progressives Congress can be redirected.
