News reaching us from Niger State reveals an unnamed vigilante group has summarily murdered a young man under controversial circumstances.

According to one Facebook user named Auwal Mohammed this young man was shot dead in Kontagora, Niger state by a vigilante group after brutally beating another boy dead.

It is unclear what led to the incident which was shared on the 29th of June, 2017 as he gave a very limited account that has attracted the sympathy of some of his friends on social media.
