A female member of the National Youth Service Corp programme in Ibadan, Oyo State has got people talking on social media with her khaki skirt which is awkwardly long.

This female NYSC member was spotted this morning in Ibadan wearing a very long khahi skirt.

The leadership of the NYSC doesn't approve of a skirt as part of the uniform, not to talk of a very long skirt as seen here. A teasing social media user claims she might be a staunch member of the Deeper Life Christian family.
