Too Much Money: 2-Year-Old Twins Each Get N1.7 Million Rolex Watch From Their Mother As Birthday Gifts

Some very young kids who happen to be twins, have each received a N1.7 million watch from their parents as they celebrate their birthday.

A timepiece as classic and valuable as a Rolex may not be at the top of every two-year-old’s wish list, but apparently that doesn’t matter for some parents.

Actress and beauty entrepreneur, Eina Azman recently celebrated the second birthday of her twin children, Arianna Aubrey and Karl Kareef, by buying them a Rolex watch each.

Eina, 22, shared a video of what appears to be two Rolex Oyster Perpetual watches – one in pink with Arabic numerals and one in blue with Roman numerals – on Instagram Stories.

The price tags of both watches clearly showed that they were priced at RM18,810 and RM19,210 respectively.

New Straits Times reported that Eina could be heard saying: “A blue one for Karl and a pink one for Aubrey. So these are presents for Aubrey and Karl. Beautiful. Anything with bling?”

On Tuesday (Feb 20), photos posted on an Instagram account set up for the twins showed them standing in front of a three-tier birthday cake.

Another photo posted on the same day showed the twins dressed in matching striped outfits and Gucci shoes. According to the Italian fashion house’s website, a pair of similar shoes costs US$295 (RM1,153).

Eina and her husband, businessman Datuk Paduka Kaiser Gurmeet Harden Abdullah, often post photos of their family adventures and outings on Instagram.

Last year, the couple also threw a lavish Hawaiian-themed birthday party at the Grand Ballroom of The Westin Hotel in Kuala Lumpur for the twins’ first birthday.
