A Facebook user had shared photos of a student brutally flogged by the school teacher leaving the victim barely able to walk.
The sad incident has left many tongues wagging and condeming the ugly act.
The Facebook user wrote: “What Mr. THUO from NJENGA KARUME PRIMARY School in Kiambaa constituency did to an 11 years old pupil for failing his subject. The pupil can barely walk. I thought corporal punishment was banned?
