After stabbing her husband with a knife, a law student of Bayero university has opened up on what really happened.

Hanan, the Bayero University Law student, who reportedly stabbed her husband Saheed Hussain in Kano State over an incident has opened up on how it happened.

According to the suspect who has bruises and swellings all over her body, she was being battered by her husband inspite of the fact that she is pregnant when the incident happened.

She denied stabbing her husband. She reported that they were both struggling with a knife when the incident happened.

Meanwhile, the victim is currently recuperating at the the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, while Hanan remains in police custody.
