1. Water retention

It's a no-brainer that when you're working out, you'll gain muscles. When you change your body composition with your workouts by building more dense muscle mass and decreasing your body fat. Your scale weight may increase, while your body fat percentage may decrease. These changes happen over weeks and months, not hours or days.

3. Body response

The way your body respond to exercises could be weight gain .Just because you start exercising doesn’t always mean your body will respond to that immediately. Exercise puts stress on your body, and it can putyour body into shock, which ultimately can lead to weight gain. Sometimes, the body just needs time to adjust.
