Tv Reality star, Kim Kardashian has revealed that she's expecting her second child with music star husband, Kanye West.

The news was spilled in the supertease following the mid-season finale of the popular reality show 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians.'

The clip shows Kim hearing the exciting news during a doctor's appointment shortly before excitedly telling her younger sister, Khloé Kardashian.

Beaming from ear to ear, Kim exclaims: "I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!"

In the past year, the beauty icon had made it no secret of the fact that she's been trying to get pregnant despite her very difficult pregnancy that produced her first child, North West.
