Breaking: Scores Killed As Explosion Rocks Nnewi, Anambra State

 

Several persons have been reportedly killed and scores injured after explosion rocked Nnewi, one of the commercial hubs in Anambra State.

The explosion occurred at Chicason gas plant located in the heart of the ancient town just a few hours to Christmas.

Cause of the explosion is not known as at the time of this report, but rescue teams are at the scene of the incident to help victims.

 

Chicason Industry is one of the leading Local Industries and job provider in the state.
