President Muhammadu Buhari and some members of his cabinet, today at the State house, Abuja, met in a closed-door meeting with Christine Lagarde, the Managing Director, International Monetary Fund (IMF).
President Muhammadu Buhari held a meeting earlier today with the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, Christine Lagarde.
The meeting which started at about 11:00am and ended at about 12.10pm was held inside the President’s office in the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Others at the meeting were Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, Minister of Budget and National Planning, Udo Udoma, and Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, among others.
Lagarde is expected to brief State House correspondents of the meeting’s outcome inside the Briefing Room of the Council Chambers.
