A journalist was knifed in the back after knife-proof vest test demonstration on him went badly wrong causing him injuries.
Eitam Lachover, a reporter was accidentally been stabbed in the back after daring to volunteer to test out a 'knife-proof vest'.
Lachover, from Israel, was accidentally knifed when Yanviv Montakyo, the vice president of the product's design company tested out the vest while the reporter was wearing it.
Yanviv Montakyo struck Mr Lachover with repeated blows, but his hand strayed and hit the reporter on an area not protected by the vest, causing an injury to his back.
In the video, Mr Lachover puts his hand together in a prayer-like motion as he prepares to take part in the risky experiment.
Mr Montakyo says: "We will demonstrate a stabbing on you. You have nothing to worry about, we are very confident in our product."
He then adds: "Don't be afraid. If something happens, I'm here."
He can then be seen stabbing Mr Lachover several times with a steel commando knife, which he explains is used by military all around the world.
But as the experiment comes to an end, Mr Montakyo sheepishly tells his 'volunteer': "I missed."
According to reports, Mr Lachover was taken to hospital as a result of his injuries where he received stitches before later being discharged.
