A large number of Nigerian students at the premier university have been recently expelled by the school authorities.

Authorities of the University of Ibadan have ordered the withdrawal of 97 students for failing to meet University standards.

According to a statement released by the University’s Information Unit, the university’s Governing Council approved the withdrawal of the students after they failed to meet minimum academic requirements at the end of the 2014/2015 session.
