Market women in Rivers state are currently buzzing as Wike compensates them for their market area that was destroy by an inferno before he secured victory at the gubernatorial polls.

Governor Nyesom Wike has flagged off the construction of the 2nd Phase of the New Mile-1 International Market in Port Harcourt, Rivers state as he fulfills the promise he made to the market traders on the 13th Day of October 2014 at Rumuwoji Play ground during the electioneering period.

"Vote me in as your Governor and I promise to construct the 2nd phase of your market" were the words of Chief Barr. Wike at the Rumuoji community play ground during the 200Million naira Grant Donation to the traders after their shops and goods were engulfed by fire.
