The biting problem of fuel scarcity has enveloped Nigeria in recent times with the masses gnashing in pains.

During incidents of fuel scarcity in Nigeria, filling stations try to check the activities of black market operators by not selling petrol in jerry cans. This prompts customers to bring that generator tanks or the entire set to the filling stations to buy petrol.
