The police have forcefully dispersed the protesting members of the Judiciary Staff Union (JUSUN) in Ogun State.
The police fired teargas on the JUSUN members who were protesting the reinstatement of the suspended Chief Judge, Adepele Ojo, in Osun state.
Some Journalists on the ground were also affected during the incident.
A video of the incident, shared by TVC News, indicates that the judge resumed office at 10 am on Wednesday, November 22, with the presence of heavy security.
JUSUN staff reported that they were initially invited to a meeting at the State High Court by the judges in response to their protest, which resulted in the closure of the court premises on Monday.
