As Nigerians await the April 7th deadlineallegedly promised by the Minister of State for Petroleum, Ibe Kachikwu to end the nationwide fuel scarcity, the unavailability of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) commonly known as petrol, is bitting harder on Nigerians across the country.
