A man has expressed satisfaction after his electricity bill reduced from N26,000 to N5,000 after he sowed a seed - bribing an official of the company.
Explaining further, the man identified as Atoloye Folahan M revealed that he had been having a long standing battle with the Power Holding Company of Nigeria over the hiked bill he receives at the end of every month.
After trying to resolve it without succeeding, he decided to take a drastic action as the officials allegedly told him the only way possible was to 'sow a seed'. He decided to give them a bribe of N10, 000 and it worked like a miracle. The next month, his electricity bill reduced from N26,000 to a mere N5,000.
The revelation has raised controversy and shown the corrupt nature of PHCN workers who would do anything for money.
