Nigeria international striker who is making his name in the English Premier League, has announced the death of his father, Paul Ighalo.

Nigeria striker, Odion Ighalo, who plays his football in Watford in the English Premier League, has announced the death of his father, Paul Ighalo who died in the early hours of Monday after he complained of feeling weak.
The Watford striker told AfricanFootball.com that it was painful his father has passed on. "I lost my father early hours of today (Monday). He had complained of weakness before going to bed last night and they discovered by 2 am this morning that he is gone. It is a very painful loss."
"I lost my father early hours of today (Monday), it is a very painful loss," Watford striker Ighalo also wrote via a BBM chat to inform his close friends.
Ighalo has scored 16 goals in 35 appearances for Watford who failed to reach the FA Cup final in England after they lost 2-1 to Crystal Palace on Sunday.
