Shocking! Heartless Mother Burn Son's Eyes on Fire Over Burnt Beans Stew

 

A shocking incident has left a 9-year-old boy with damaged eyes after his mother burnt the boy's eyes on fire.

 

The incident happened in Ahantamo near Akrodie in the Asunafo North Municipality of the Brong Ahafo Region, Ghana.

 

The boy identified as Yaw incurred his mother's wrath after he allowed a pot of beans stew to burn on fire. The angry mother who had instructed the boy to look after the food became infuriated and meted out the inhumane treatment to him as punishment in order for him not to repeat such a conduct.

 

Shocked neighbours reported the matter to the police leading to the woman's arrest.

 

Police have launched investigation into the matter.
