Man Beats Wife and Daughter With Cutlass, Chases Them Around in Pants (Photos)

This horrific incident happened in Uganda. An angry middle aged man was filmed viciously beating his wife and daughter in a village in the East African country.
He started by beating his wife but turned to his daughter when she used a stone to hit him to get him to stop beating her mum. Every other person, including able-bodied men just stood there and watched as he attacked the two women with a cutlass.
