DJ Cuppy Praises Billionaire Dad and Says She Wants His Business Brain

DJ Cuppy, real name Florence Otedola, is showing love to her billionaire father, Femi Otedola.

In a social media post on Monday, she said she never misses a chance to pick his brain whenever he is in London. "I wish I had his brain. Genius!" she wrote.

She said watching him grow his stake in First HoldCo Plc has taught her that business is about more than making money.

It is also about creating value for others.

She pointed to the company's new dividend policy, approved by its board in July 2026.

It aims to pay shareholders at least 60 percent of annual profit after tax, subject to regulatory approval.

Cuppy also praised her father's confidence.

She said he has put over $450 million of his own money into the company's shares.

"Now that's putting your money where your mouth is!" she wrote.

As she gets older, she says, she values his way of thinking even more.

"I'll always be his student," she added.
