Unbelievable! Man With Three Wives Brutally R*pes Sister-in-Law

 

A man with a high drive for s*x has landed in trouble after he was caught r*ping his wife's teenage sister. The 27-year-old man who has three wives has been handed 15-years in jail.

 

Revealing details of the incident, a court heard how the man connived with first wife Tholani Mwembe, 25, to have him sleep with her (Mwembe’s) younger sister and marry her as fourth wife so she (Mwembe) could stamp her authority as first wife and ‘silence’ the other two wives.

 

According to the Chronicle, Dube and Mwembe were charged with rape when they appeared before Hwange regional magistrate Dambudzo Malunga on Thursday.

 

Dube admitted to having s*x with the 15-year-old girl and claimed he wanted to marry her but his wife denied the charges saying she wasn’t at home when the abuse took place.

 

He was sentenced to 15 years but will serve 12 after three years were suspended on conditions.

 

His wife was however, exonerated by her younger sister who later changed statement in court and said she wasn’t at home when the rape occurred.

 

“The s*x was consensual as she was my girlfriend and I intended to marry her as my 4th wife,” said Dube, a security guard at Lusulu Business Centre.

 

He claimed that the allegations were only raised by the ‘jealous’ other two wives who wanted to fix him for marrying another wife and, worse still, a sister to the first spouse.

 

Mwembe, who was alleged to have watched as her husband had s*x with her young sister, walked out of court a free woman after being acquitted.

 

Prosecuting, Tawanda Sigauke told how Mwembe allegedly went to her parents’ homestead on April 21 this year to request that her younger sister lives with her.

 

“On the next day, at night, Mwembe and Dube retired to bed leaving the complainant in the kitchen hut,” said Sigauke.

 

Court heard that a little while later, Mwembe called her sister into the bedroom hut and as soon as the girl entered, Dube started fondling her before pushing the girl onto the bed where he immediately raped her.

 

“She (Mwembe) was watching as her young sister screamed for help but she told her to be quiet,” said the prosecutor.

 

Dube left immediately after the rape and the girl demanded to go back to her parents the following morning.

 

Her sister begged her not to tell anyone, the court heard.

 

The victim however, narrated her ordeal to her mother who reported the matter to the police.
