A jealous man has left his wife in pains after he brutally burnt her private part over a string of romantic WhatsApp chats with her boyfriend.
Bulawayo24 reports that Ratidzo Makaniso suffered the bad fate in the hands of her bitter husband Elmon Dube who has now been dragged to court.
A magistrate heard that on 15 September Makaniso got a bit reckless and left her mobile phone in the kitchen as she went to the garden.
Dube took the golden opportunity to scroll through her mobile and read the chats. Makaniso had arranged to hook up with her lover.
That angered Dube who grabbed a burning log and went straight for her privates.
In court, Dube who is in custody pleaded guilty saying he failed to control his anger.
He is due back in court today.
