Two men who thought it wise to engage in anal s*x with each other have found themselves in serious trouble with the law.

Ebere Nwankwo, a 16-year-old boy who works as a cleaner has been caught having anal s*x with a house keeper, identified as Job Martins.

They were on Thursday charged before an Igbosere Magistrates’ Court in Lagos for the act.

Nwankwo and Martins, a 20-year-old man, are facing a two-count charge of stealing and unlawful s*xual intercourse.

According to Vanguard, the accused reside at Goshen Estate, Ikate and Aboki Estate both in Lekki respectively.

The prosecutor Sgt. Ajaga Agboko told the court that the accused committed the offences sometime in August at Aboki Estate in Lekki.

He said Nwankwo had stolen a Zenith Bank Automated Teller Machine Card ‎(ATM) belonging to Martins and had used it to withdraw the sum of N22,000. Agboko‎ also alleged that Martins in return, committed gross indecency with the teenager by engaging in acts of sodomy.

“The accused were caught having anal s*x and upon interrogation, Nwankwo explained that Martins, his boy friend, had forced him to have s*x with him because he took his ATM and withdrew the sum of N22,000.”

According to the prosecutor, Nwankwo had promised to pay him back the money when he received his salary, but Martins said he could forgo repayment if Nwankwo agreed to engage in anal s*x with him.

The offences contravened the provisions of Sections 136 and 285 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State 2011.

The duo pleaded not guilty.

The court denied them bail as the magistrate said only the High Court could grant them bail.

The Magistrate, Mrs O. A. Ogunbowale, adjourned the case to Nov. 11 for legal advice from the office of the State Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
