See the Face of a 70-year-old Man Who Defiled an 8-year-old Deaf and Dump Girl in Ogun (Photo)

 

Yesterday, the police in Ogun State arrested a 70-year-old man, Gabriel Akindele, for allegedly defiling an 8-year-old deaf and dumb girl.

 

Akindele, a resident of 7, Michael Ayegbusi Street, Owode Ijako, Ado Odo, Ota, was arrested after the victim, through sign language, informed her mother of the act.

It was gathered that the minor was behaving strangely after she was sexually assaulted prompting her mother to probe her. She was said to have told her mother that the suspect lured her to the toilet where he de-flowered her.

After the victim informed her mother of the assault, the woman reported the matter to the police, leading to the Akindele’s arrest. The spokesman of the Ogun State police command, Abimbola Oyeyemi, said Akindele confessed to the crime.

 

He is currently being prepared for subsequent prosecution in the court of law.
