The photo which has since gone viral on the internet, shows a cake with a rather weird kind of design.
Obviously a baby-shower cake, the delicacy is designed to look like a baby with a red substance rubbed all over its face.
Another look at the cake would make it appear like a wounded baby with blood pouring down its head.
Social media users have reacted to the photo with many feeling it is a bad idea.
"I don't care what you call this, but how can anyone think of eating from this cake? It's hideous. Weird" One wrote.
