The Governor of Imo State has left many people wondering after he was spotted on a motorcycle popularly called okada in Owerri, the Capital of Imo state.
Many people have been left amused by the photo shared online and wondered what he wanted to achieve with it.
Some have however dismissed it as yet another media propaganda. He was spotted on the bike with his security aides around him as he embarked on an inspection tour in Owerri.
