A really cute video has shown the beautiful moment a little boy was caught on camera disturbing his parents.
In the video which has since gone viral on social media, the boy is seen getting in the way of his parents as they tried to concentrate during yoga.
The little boy can be seen running around playfully and interferring with his parents' Yoga stretches.
The video was posted by the boy's mother who captioned it thus: "The struggle is real when trying to live your best life with an adorable toddler! "
