Double Tragedy as Woman is Shot Dead While Mourning Her Pregnant Daughter's Death

 

The South African family of Malebane were still mourning the death of their pregnant daughter when unknown people shot death her mother.

 

According to Daily Sun SA, Mapule Rejoyce Malebane (42) was shot dead inside the same house in which her 19-year-old pregnant daughter Nare Malebane was shot dead in July, in Xikudu village outside Malamulele in Limpopo.

 

The incident happened on Saturday night.

 

The traumatised family believe their deceased daughter's killers have returned to kill her mother.

 

Police spokesman Colonel Moetshe Ngoepe said the SAPS Dedicated Task Team led by the Giyani Cluster Commander Major General Mbazima Ngobeni have launched a massive manhunt for a group of unknown armed men on the brutal killing of the second woman from the same family.

 

He said cops found the deceased’s lifeless body lying on the floor with multiple gunshot wounds.

 

Ngoepe said both deceased were attacked in the same way in their house by unknown suspects who gained access into their house.

 

The pregnant girl was doing Grade 12 at Jim Chavani High School at Xikundu village at the time of her death.

 

The motive behind these two incidents is still unknown at this stage but the police investigations will tell, said Ngoepe
