Abia State governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, has sent names of his commissioner-nominees to the state House of Assembly.
According to DailyPost, it was contained in a terse statement by the governor's Chief Press Secretary, Enyinnaya Appolos.

Gov. Ikpeazu recently stated that South-East Governors only banned the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), but did not declare it a terrorist organization.
He explained that the governors proscribed activities of the group to douse tension in the region.
