Shock as Woman Wakes Up to Find a Rocking Horse Dumped In Her Garden With Seriously Creepy Note

A woman has woken up one morning only to find a rocking horse dumped inside her garden with a really creepy note attached to it.

Police officers have reportedly launched an appeal to find the owner of a rusty old rocking horse after it was dumped outside a woman’s front door, Metro UK reports.

As if the sight of the rocking horse wasn’t enough, the woman also discovered a very creepy note had been left on it.

Police say she was left thoroughly ‘spooked’ by the letter – that appears to be written ‘to a special little girl’.

The toy horse was discovered in a garden in Camberley, Surrey, by neighbourhood police. The chilling note was attached to its frame and officers are now trying to find out who it belongs to.

The ghostly horse was spotted under a tree when the woman opened her curtains in the morning, officers in Surrey said.

They believe the note reads: ‘To a special little girl love from Sophie.

It is difficult to make out the last few words – but officers guessed the letter says: ‘Cos we agreed and I blessed you and you/me.’

Posting to the Surrey Heath Beat Facebook page, the force said: ‘Are you eagerly anticipating the delivery of an old style rocking horse and it hasn’t yet turned up or has your old style white rocking horse been recently stolen?

‘A local resident in Camberley opened her curtains to find the rocking horse placed under the tree outside her front door with a note on it which featured the name ‘Sophie’.

‘Finding the ordeal a little bit spooky she reported it to us in case it had been reported stolen or in the event that somebody was horsing around in the NEIGHGGGbourhood.’

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may know a thing or two about the bizarre gift, asking them to message through their Facebook page.
