Posted by Samuel on Fri 28th Apr, 2017 - tori.ng

If you have been searching for details on the highly anticipated boxing bout between Anthony Joshua and Wladimir Klitschko, then this is what you need to read.

Anthony Joshua and Wladimir Klitschko

Anthony Joshua will defend his IBF world heavyweight title for the third time at Wembley Stadium on Saturday.

He will face the toughest test of his career to date in the form of Wladimir Klitschko, a 21-year veteran of the sport who has stepped into the ring 68 times.

You will be able to read Sportsmail's report but before then, here is all you need to know.

THE MAIN EVENT

There is no getting away from the fact that this is one of the most highly-anticipated heavyweight title bouts for some time.

Klitschko will look to avenge his loss to Joshua's compatriot Tyson Fury in his last fight in November 2015.

Joshua, meanwhile, will be looking to defend his IBF title for the third time, after sweeping aside Dominic Breazeale and Eric Molina in his first two defences, as well as adding the vacant WBA belt to his collection.

WHERE IS THE FIGHT?

The showdown will take place at the 90,000-seater Wembley Stadium in London.

It is another fight on home soil for Joshua, who fought five times at London's O2 Arena before his last bout in the Manchester Arena.

Klitschko, on the other hand, has fought in the United Kingdom only once before, knocking out Monte Barrett at the London Arena 17 years ago.

Joshua has knocked out all of his opponents, winning 18 of his professional fights so far

WHAT TIME DOES IT START?

Another packed undercard means the main event may not start until at least 10pm in the UK (11pm Nigerian time) - depending on how long previous fights last, so expect it to be later.

WHERE TO WATCH IT?

The whole night of boxing will be broadcast on Sky Box Office for £19.95.

You will also be able to watch the event on TalkTalkTV for a slightly cheaper price of £17.95.

THEIR FIGHT RECORDS

Joshua boasts an imperious record of 18 wins and no losses. He also has a flawless stoppage record, with all of his opponents having succumbed to knockout.

Dr Steelhammer will represent the toughest opponent of Joshua's career so far. A 68-fight veteran, winning 64 fights since 1996.
Klitschko also possesses vicious knockout power with 53 of his wins coming through stoppages.

UNDERCARD

Scott Quigg vs Viorel Simion

Luke Campbell vs Darleys Perez

Katie Taylor vs Nina Meinke

Joe Cordina vs TBA

Josh Kelly vs Faheem Khan

Meanwhile Klitschko has a record of 64-4-0 with 53 knockouts in a 21-year career

ODDS

Anthony Joshua - 2/5

Wladimir Klitschko - 9/4

Draw - 25/1

BETTING TIP

Both fighters to get knocked down - 10/1.

This could be one to put a couple of quid on, both fighters possess massive knockout power with a combined 71 stoppages between them.

ARE TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE?

Some tickets tickets are still available from Matchroom Boxing.

WHAT NEXT FOR JOSHUA AFTER THIS?

If the Brit wins then a whole host of possibilities await. The next logical step could be a unification bout against WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder.

Other possibilities could include a fight against Fury or even WBO king Joseph Parker down the line.

However if the Ukrainian comes out on top, the pair will be set for a rematch. As reported by Sportsmail, it is understood Joshua will have the option of triggering an immediate rematch if he is beaten.
