A suspected notorious cultist/armed robber is in the custody of security operatives after he was apprehended during an operation at the Mbiama/Yenagoa road in Bayelsa.
It was gathered that the hoodlum has been terrorizing residents of the area along with his gang members.
He was nabbed by operatives of the Bayelsa State Vigilante Service after a manhunt was launched for him and other criminal elements in the area.
The suspect has been transferred to the state police command for further interrogation.
