A speeding vehicle has lost control before ramming into different cars resulting in the death of a man and woman.

The accident scene that claimed two lives

At least two persons were killed in a fatal accident which occurred yesterday in Imo state, according to reports.

It was gathered that the accident was reportedly caused by a speeding driver who collided with mulitple vehicles after the driver lost control.

In the process, an Okada rider carrying a lady along the Onitsha-Owerri highway in Mgbidi, Oru West local government area of the state were reportedly killed on the spot while others were seriously injured.

The wounded victims were rushed to the hospital for treatment.

The multiple accidents caused a huge traffic gridlock in the area before the crashed vehicles were removed.
