A couple have currently become an internet sensation after their latest photos emerged online and quickly went viral on social media.

 

Photos of the lovebirds show the moment a lady was bathing her boyfriend, she later fed him in a feeding bootle, rubbed lotion on his body and dressed him in pampers just like mothers do to their newborn child.
