Oh No! PDP Executive, EFCC Chiko Shot Dead While Returning From Rally (Photos)

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Rivers State has been thrown in sadness as an executive and leader of Ahoada West Legislative Council, Rt Hon EFCC Chiko has died.

 

Chiko who was a dogged supporter of Rivers governor, Nyesom Wike, was shot dead on Thursday, January 31 (yesterday) by unknown gunmen who attacked the convoy of Hon. Okpokiri Nwanaka Okpokiri, member representing Ahoada West Constituency.

 

They were attacked while returning from a PDP Campaign along the Emohua road.

 

 

Rt.Hon EFCC Chiko was shot dead in the head alongside other party faithfuls. Reports have it that some PDP members were also abducted by the gunmen.

 

Friends have taken to social media to express their deep shock at the development.
