Rave of the moment, Yemi Alade, has announced her nomination for the 2015 Black Canadian Awards in the Best International Act - Africa.

Effyzie singed act, Yemi Alade is gradually stamping her authority on the local and international music scene after she was nominated for Best International Act - Africa at the 2015 Black Canadian Awards.

The Black Canadian Awards celebrates and showcases the achievements of Black Canadian artistes and trail-blazers.

The singer, who is also up for the Best International Act - Africa category at the 2015 BET Awards, made the announcement on Instagram.

The 2015 Black Canadian Awards will hold at the prestigious Queen Elizabeth Theater, Toronto.
