Convicted Nollywood actress and former beauty queen, Ibinabo Fiberesima is currently getting support from some northern artists in Nigeria advocating for her pardon.

Some Northern artists held a #pardonibinabofiberesima walk in Abuja yesterday March 16th. Ibinabo Fiberesima has been sentenced to 5 years in prison for causing the death of one Dr Suraj Giwa in an accident in 2005.

The group which consists of actors, musicians and other entertainment practitioners from the north held a public rally in solidarity for the release of the former president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria.
