As the search and rescue efforts escalate at the site of last night's explosion in Ibadan, the state government has designated the Housing Corporation premises in Ibadan as the central emergency hub for the victims of the incident.
Retired commissioner of Police and Special Adviser to the State Governor on Security Matters, Fatai Owoseni, while addressing the press this afternoon noted that more information is needed from the residents to identify affected individuals, adding that the hub will help in processing and sharing relevant information about the explosion.
As of the time of filling this report, at least four victims have been found in the rubble and evacuated.
