Celine Dion To Perform At 2024 Paris Olympics

Despite battling stiff-person syndrome, Canadian singer, Celine Dion, has been billed to perform live at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Other singers, Dua Lipa, and Aya Nakamur, will also perform at the sporting event taking place from July 26 to August 11, 2024.

Following a tradition that started in the 20th century, with the first performance in 1896, these musicians will grace the Olympic stage.

Additionally, Jin from BTS will be a torchbearer for the 2024 Paris Olympics.

In a historic first, the opening ceremony, directed by Thomas Jolly, will be held outside an Olympic stadium, expecting 600,000 spectators and broadcasting on 80 public screens.

The venue, with a capacity of 1750, has hosted legendary acts like Adele, Lady Gaga, and the Rolling Stones since its opening in 1968.
