The student posted the picture above showing the food she got from her school canteen after she found a dead rat inside the food.
The shocked student from the Central China's Hunan province posted the disgusting picture on May 7 and has since gone viral on Chinese social media.
After the photo went viral, people the school reportedly fired the cook and the canteen manager.
