Huge Monitor Lizard Ends Up in Cooking Pot After Straying into Poultry Farm (Photos)

As the Nigerian economy gradually moves into an imminent recession, every animal seems edible to quell hunger and save costs of feeding as Nigerians have been eating much of stray wild animals like snakes and crocodiles of recent.
A monitor lizard fell victim of the vicious nature of Nigerians after trying to swallow some eggs in a poultry before being killed after an alarm from the poultry birds that alerted the farm workers.

"I was shocked today when I saw my fowls shouting for no reason until I investigated and saw this strange big lizard moving towards our packed eggs on crates
We killed it. My staff made pepper soup out of it. OMG fear didn't allow me eat it oh"
